Terms of Service
Last updated October 22, 2026
These terms govern your use of 371 File, an HR document management service provided by Utanha Lab. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.
Accounts and workspaces
A company creates a workspace and invites its members. The workspace's admins manage who has access and which roles they hold. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity under your account.
Your content
Employee records, templates, requests and documents you add remain yours. You give us permission to store and process them only as needed to provide the service. You are responsible for having the right to add that data, including any notices or consents required by law.
Acceptable use
- Do not try to access workspaces, accounts or data you are not authorised to use.
- Do not use the service to create fraudulent or misleading documents.
- Do not interfere with or disrupt the service or its security.
Documents and signatures
371 File helps you prepare, approve and issue documents. Your company remains responsible for the accuracy of the documents it issues and for ensuring that its approval and signature process meets the legal requirements that apply to it.
Availability and changes
We work to keep the service available and secure, but we cannot guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may improve or change features over time.
Ending your use
You can stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms. Contact us before closing a workspace if you need a copy of your data.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is", and Utanha Lab is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from its use.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
